FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I purchase a painting?
Will my painting come ready to hang?
Yes. On the back of every original piece of art I create, I include a Certificate of Authenticity label signed by me, the Artist.
Will the colours of the artwork look exactly as they appear on my screen?
There are subtle variations between monitors, screen resolution, brightness and lighting which all can effect the appearance of the artwork. While I pay careful attention to accurately represent colour, you may see a slight different from screen to print. Please contact me if you’d like to see additional photos of a piece before making a purchase.
How and where do you ship?
Can I pick up a painting from you?
Yes. If you live locally, you are can purchase and pay for a painting directly from me. I am located in the Shellharbour area, NSW. Please contact me for details.
How long will it take for my painting to arrive?
What happens if my painting arrives damaged or I do not love it?
I like a painting style but need it to match my decor. Can you change the colours?
Absolutely. Contact me to discuss Commissioned Artwork. I can keep with the same style, your choice of colours and dimensions, but please note that with all fluid artwork, there are no guarantees on how it will turn out exactly.
I love a painting, but it has sold! Can you create me another one?
As all original paintings are one-of-a-kind, they cannot be replicated exactly. If you are interested in a painting that has already sold, I can always create a custom painting for you in a similar style, colour and layout. Commissioned Artwork.
