About the Event

It's glossy and gorgeous! Join me in learning how to protect your own existing artwork with a shiny, clear coat of Barnes Epoxy Glass resin.

Resin is a two part compound that hardens to a clear glossy finish. In this workshop, participants can bring their existing art on canvas or wood and learn how to resin a clear coat.

If you have wanted to slowly learn how to resin artwork, don't miss this workshop! This workshop is perfect for beginners or those who have experience in other types of fluid art like Paint Painting or Alcohol Inks.

What you'll get

In this to 2 hour workshop I will demonstrate how to mix the resin and cover your artwork to ensure there are no pesky air bubbles and there is an even coat. Participants must bring their own exisitng artwork (artwork cannot contain any oils or previous varnish and must be under 30cms).

All supplies provided

As this art form needs to be kept still and covered whilst curing, your tray will be ready for pick up once fully cured (48hrs). The workshop includes all materials excluding the existing artwork. A heat gun will be utilised.

This workshop is strictly limited to 12 participants to ensure individual attention.

You must be 18 years or older to participate in this workshop. I do not recommend this workshop to pregnant women as chemicals in the form of resins are used.

Please bring

Your own existing artwork (as above). You are welcome to bring light refreshments. Do not dress to impress, please wear old clothes.

Please ensure you read Workshop Terms & Conditions before booking.
