 Why is the checkout asking me to put my Credit Card details in? 

In the instructions, we have included a code to use to avoid paying:  CKIDS21  .  Do NOT enter your payment details.

Please also ensure you included the correct voucher details. If you haven't, this will delay your order.

 AUGUST 2021 LOCKDOWN UPDATE 

​

We are one of the most popular Creative Kids NSW providers and understandably, we have experienced a huge surge in orders during the lockdown. Additionally, Couriers are struggling to deliver parcels across the country.

Usually, orders are processed within a week or two, but we ask if everyone can please be patient as we, and the couriers, work to get the orders to you. 

​

We are lucky enough to still be operating during this period but it still comes with many obstacles including the number of staff we are allowed to have and stock delays.

It is advised on our website it can take 2-4 weeks for your Creative Kids NSW order to be processed and shipped. If it takes a week longer than normal, we sincerely apologise. 

​

If you have multiple vouchers and you placed separate orders for each, your orders may turn up separately.  We advise in the instructions to place one order for all to avoid this. 

​

We know lockdown is not easy and kids are bored. But please know we are processing and shipping the orders out as quickly as we possibly can. 

​

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking details from the courier.

Pickups are available from our warehouse in Albion Park Rail. (Please wait for an email notifying you your order is ready for pickup.) Open 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
